My relocated friends from Va., former real estate buddies, and strong strong advocates for McAlister Properties, Kerry and Larry Begley turned us on to a super crock pot recipe. You know, when you're out all day having fun in the sun....you don't have time to cook over a hot stove. Here is Kerry's contribution...and for you snowbunnies in the north...or wherever you are.....try it you'll like it...let us know your feedback....and suggestions too!
Chicken Stroganoff....Crock Pot style
2 Boneless chicken breasts
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup( Low sodium)
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 small container sour cream ( low fat)
1 small can mushrooms or fresh is okay too...even better!
1 small bag whole wheat noodles (cooked and drained)
Combine everything and cook in the crock for 4 hours. Take chicken out, shred and combine all with cooked noodles. Serve with a healthy salad and Texas Toast! Yumbo!!!
Thanks guys!!! and thank you so much for your on going support and referrals!!!
Activities and local fun in the sun for people who want to live by the sea and enjoy all the exciting things to do right hear on the Treasure Gold Coast! We have so much to enjoy here so tune in!!!

The Starfish Story!
A businessman was on vacation, walking along the beach, and saw a young boy.
All along the shore were starfish that had washed up from the tide, and were likely to die in the hot sun.
The boy walked along the shore and reached down here and there to pick up a starfish and toss it back into the ocean.
The businessman, so accustomed to efficiency, walked up to the boy to tell him about his nonsensical ways.
"I’ve noticed what you’ve been doing, son. You have a warm heart and I know you mean well, but there’s so many starfish dying on beaches all over the world. I’m sure you could do something better with your time. Do you really think this is going to make a difference?"
The boy glanced up at the man, and looked down at a starfish by his feet. He picked up the beautiful starfish and tossed it back into the ocean, and said, "It made a difference to that one".
I do not know the author but commend whoever it is!

New Beginnings! by Sandy Mac
Jensen Beach |
This is an exciting day!!! The sun is coming up and it is another beautiful day in paradise here on the Treasure and Gold Coast of Florida.
Here is a picture of our Jensen Beach with its sandy white beaches.
The color of that water is real!
This weekend there was a super Arts and Crafts Show in Jensen Beach. Lots of artists just loaded with talent selling their creations. One of those artists was Melissa Landon who brought her painted designs from the west coast of Florida. Amazing innovative designs!
This will be a place to share the fun activities we have plus a whole lot more of the excitement we have in South Florida. Smiles....Sandy Mac McAlisterpropertiesflorida.com
