Amazing how enlightened I feel when I have met with my agents on our Magic Monday Synergy Meetings where we talk about our business but also our successes and solutions for our challenges. The knowledge that we have within our office encourages all to do their best and think a bit about what could be done differently to sell a listing or perhaps find that quirky property that a buyer is looking for. Nothing is off base and all can be laid right out on the table to talk about.
We toured a great 1/1.5 condo today in Jensen Beach w/ pool and clubhouse all ready for a snowbird or a scale down buyer. The front of the property looks out on a golf course and the lanai has a lake view which is charming.
We also toured a 3/2 home in Port St. Lucie that features 1785/2719 square footage and a 35X18 screened lanai. The open floor plan is so inviting it is spills out to the patio for that indoor/outdoor living that everyone is looking for.
