As you probably know we have a high buyer demand and low listing inventory here on the Treasure Coast. Multiple offers are common and seller concessions are slim to none. There are some strategies for placing bids on your favorite homes so make sure you discuss those with us. A letter to the seller about the things you love about the house is one way to combat the competitiveness of this market. Interest Rates are still low so it is still a fabulous time to buy.
